As for the Pokemon anime, there will be a new Pokemon Horizons episode every Friday. But you'll have to go to a website like 9anime or 4anime to watch the episodes when they first release, because they are only in the Japanese dub and they haven't been released in other dubs yet.

Okay so I finished Pokemon Violet: The Indigo Disk a couple of days ago and AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH IT IS CRAZY AWESOME OH MY GOSH- THE STORYLINE IS TOTALLY JUST, IT IS LIKE THE BEST POKEMON GAME STORYLINE, EVER

And the lesson in the end is "Friendship is magic" basically so that's pretty flippin' cool, it was so beautiful and just... Just take everything a pokemon protagonist does, and it notices a problem they never ran into before...

Update: Pokemon Journeys might NOT be leaving Netflix. I don't know for sure yet but it was possibly a mistake and false alarm. Let's wait until we know what's going for sure before we make any purchases of DVDs or something in our panic


JOURNEYS IS LEAVING NETFLIX ?!?!
Journeys and Master Journeys, just like Sun and Moon did, are leaving Netflix in March, which is also when MatPat will be hosting his last Theorists video. WHY IS EVERYTHING HAPPENING IN MARCH-

Anyways, this is clearly a time to say goodbye to Netflix Journeys pictures, and maybe I'll post some of them here.
You know, the pictures of the episodes that you see when you're scrolling through them? I didn't take pictures of MLP Seasons 5-8 when they left, which sucks because now those pictures that have been imprinted into my mind and are heavily associated with those respective episodes are missing, until I scour the internet to find screenshots and recording of MLP on Netflix.
(I also didn't get Sofia the First thumbnail pictures either. Please help me out if you took any screenshots of those shows and have the pictures hehe)

But I digress. Now watching Journeys will not only be harder for me... But I will never see the pictures I associate with those episodes on the screen when I decide to scroll through watch those episodes... For at least a rather long time until I figure out how to set those episode screenshots/thumbnails/stills as the picture for the video file or something... That's the bad news for me, at least. It isn't world-ending you know, but still disappointing.

Anyhow, now the next best place (because Pokemon TV is also shutting down in March) to watch Journeys is probably on DVD? Or buy it on Amazon (Prime?) Video, and that way you can't break the disc that is worth ~30 and not be able to watch the stuff on it anymore... But buying stuff on Amazon Prime Video won't last forever either or be void of weird bugs or needing internet connection to watch, +there's the possibility that Amazon just... Loses the videos themselves somehow? That... Probably is a problem they can fix though. Be careful with your DVD discs please

It would also be a good idea to just wait and see where else Journeys ends up. I mean, you could just use some probably illegal and sussy anime website to watch Journeys, but those won't really last forever either... and they are also illegal. Probably. It's possible that Pokemon Journeys will be on another streaming service, in which case all that we have to do is wait for that to be announced. Hopefully you don't really want to watch Pokemon Journeys in March/April or whenever and you only use Netflix to watch it. But if you do want to watch it, I don't blame you. Because Pokemon Journeys is seriously crazy and enjoyable as a fan.

So Gamefreak subverted almost everyone's expectations with this new announcement-
I don't have a screenshot or anything, but the next Pokemon game has been announced!

Now remember, it's coming in 2025 so let's try not to hype too much for it. I'll also avoid constantly thinking about it.
But since Gamefreak is/are finally taking their time with making the next Pokemon game, this is the perfect time to finally finish all of those Pokemon games and post-game things we've never actually got around to doing!
Unless you're a legend and already completed everything Pokemon games have to offer.

I've also heard some people voice the possibility that they have another mainline Pokemon game in the works for this year but they aren't ready to announce it yet. Which is possible but I definitely wouldn't plan for it.

I honestly don't have a whole bunch to say about the new Pokemon Legends game, especially since what we got was just a teaser, but hey! Probably better sooner rather than later to get another Kalos game and essentially Pokemon Z. By the time it releases it will have been over 11 years since Pokemon X and Y released...

One of my friends pointed out that in the sketches that showed up during the teaser the people were wearing old-style clothes, and with it showing Lumiose City in a blueprints style, it's likely going back in time to when they were rebuilding Lumiose City, plus I saw someone mention how Paris got rebuilt in the 1800s and this is likely meant to be reflective of that real-life event.
Z-A might also be some indicator of going back in time, you know, the last letter of the alphabet back to the first one.

I also want to point out some reasons for why it's more likely Z-A and not A-Z like some people were saying it is, because the first, and the prominent letter here is Z and this is without a doubt about Zygarde, it's Pokemon Z. And I know that AZ is that one immortal dude and the Kalos Legends game here is probably going to feature that guy, but that's exactly the reason why they wouldn't name the game A-Z because AZ is already the character. And honestly here, Z-A sounds way cooler than A-Z, at least I think so. Sounds more unique.

Anyway, I basically threw this together just to acknowledge the new announcement on my forum here.
